A little bit about myself:

my name is Tine Johnson ( Tine being prenounced Teen or Tina ).

I was born in Hamburg and spend my childhood and teenage years in Germany.
I met my English husband in Ireland which is the reason why I now live in England and call Cheshire my home.

The first 12 years of my photography career I worked for a large Studio in Manchester photographing food for supermarket chains, food suppliers, pubs and restaurants, like Iceland, co-operative foods, Halewood International, Marstons Pubs, Bookers and Dukeshill to name a few. I got to work with some great photographers, clients  and agencies over the years and learned a lot about working in the commercial photography world.

After having my 2nd daughter I felt the need to rearrange my work/family balance and decided to become freelance and try a very different aspect of photography which I always loved doing anyway - working in the great outdoors!

I love the challenge of never quite knowing what to expect when shooting with natural light and animals; there certainly is never a dull moment! Canine, Equine, Tractors, Cows and anything county related is what I enjoy doing, but I have not forgotten my roots of working in a studio and love creating magic using studio lights.

Afterall I think its important knowing how to to shoot in both environments.

If you think I may be able to help with an upcoming project or treat yourself or a someone else with a photoshoot please don't hesitate and  just drop me line or give me a ring, I would love to have a chat!
